Jethro's - Fajita Seasoning
Jethro?s Artisan is a small family business based just out side Cannock, Staffordshire. They go to exceptional lengths to find the best ingredients in order to make their range of spice blends, sauces, marinades and dressings.
This is classic Mexican Fajita Seasoning.
Chicken Fajitas(for 4 people)
? 450g of skinless and boneless chicken breast, diced.
? 1 tbsp oil
? 1 red onion chopped and finely diced
? 1 green pepper finely diced
? 1 red pepper finely diced
? 1 packet tortillas
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken and onions on a medium to high heat for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is golden brown. Add in the peppers and the fajita seasoning and sizzle for a further 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Wrap in flour tortilla or serve on a bed of tortilla chips topped with grated cheese and diced avocado(Grill the cheese for a minute just to melt)
Salt, Paprika, Onion Ground, Oregano, Sugar, Garlic Granules, Yellow MUSTARD powder, Chilli powder, Citric acid, Black Pepper ground, Nutmeg, Cassia (Cinnamon) ground
