This Italian Seasoning is Bursting with Flavour
Classic Spaghetti Bolognese
(for 4 people)
? 450g of lean minced beef
? 1 onion chopped and diced
? 100-150g mushrooms, sliced
? 400g tin chopped tomatoes
? 280-300g spaghetti
Fry the mince and onion, until the mince is browned and the onions soft. Drain any excess liquid. Stir in the mushrooms for a minute or two then add the Italian Seasoning and tomatoes. Bring slowly to the boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring regularly. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and serve with grated Parmesan and garlic bread.
