Jethro's - Smoked Paprika, Tomato & Oregano


Jethro?s Artisan is a small family business based just out side Cannock, Staffordshire. They go to exceptional lengths to find the best ingredients in order to make their range of spice blends, sauces, marinades and dressings.


This Smoked Paprika, Tomato & Oregano seasoning is Mellow and aromatic 


Reciepe Suggestion

Paprika Chicken and Chorizo (for 4 people)
? 400g of diced, skinless chicken    breasts
? 80g of diced chorizo  
? 1 onion finely chopped
? 1 tbsp Tomato puree
? 400g tin chopped tomatoes
? 1 pepper, diced


Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and chorizo and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the chicken and fry for a further 5 minutes until slightly brown. Stir in the smoked paprika, tomato and oregano dressing and cook for a further minute.


Stir in the remaining ingredients and heat until beginning to boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.  Remove the lid and stir before simmering uncovered for a further 5 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through. 


Serve with rice or pasta.
