Jethro's - Thai Stir Fry

This Thai Stir Fry is a Mildly Spiced and Fragrant Blend
Simple and speedy aromatic Thai Stir Fry:(for 4 people)
? 1 tbsp oil
? 4 chicken breasts, cubed
? 1 x 400ml can of coconut milk
? 1 bunch spring onions, sliced
? 200g mangetout
Heat the oil and fry the chicken for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the heat and sprinkle the Thai Stir Fry seasoning over the chicken. Cook for a further minute stirring well. Add the coconut milk, stir and bring almost to the boil. Stir in the spring onions and mangetout, simmer for 10-15 minutes for the sauce to thicken. Ensure chicken is cooked through.
Serve with rice or noodles.
